My name is Mae Bird; I have been resident in the UK for the past five years after living in South Africa since childhood. I lived in Centurion and visited the Eastern Transvaal as often as possible as I love that part of the country.

I have Africa in my blood and decided that I would love for other people to share the beauty and attractions that South Africa has to offer, Mpumalanga in particular.

I was privileged to spend 35 years in South Africa so with my background and expertise I can guarantee you that this is not only a holiday but a life changing experience. People say that swimming with the dolphins is a life changing experience but when you are holding a baby lion cub or walking with the elephants, you just don’t get closer to nature than that.

I have spent a lot of time in the Kruger Region, yet every exciting time seems like the first with no exceptions.

I thought that the best way to share this experience with other people would be to start up a Travel Consultancy of my own.

You would be surprised by the number of people who obviously know about South Africa but know little about what it has to offer.

It tends to be known for the more negative points which is not a true reflection of this beautiful country. So, I am promoting the Mpumalanga Region emphasizing on the opportunity to stay in top class accommodation and seeing Wildlife at its best, not to mention the beautiful surrounding areas.

The main attraction of course is to view the Big Five, which are, the Elephant, the Rhino, the Buffalo, the Leopard and the Lion.
